Rabat, Morocco May 9, 2022 – Giovanna Mingarelli, chief executive officer and founder of Canadian-based M&C Consulting, as well as Canadian Chair of the non-religious, non-political nonprofit organization, Global Dignity, will be among nearly 100 legislative sponsors, diplomats, former officials and distinguished dignitaries from around the world to help legislate the International Treaty to Ban the Political Use of Religion (BPUR).
