Her reach extends from Arviat, Nunavut in Northern Canada to the White House in Washington D.C. and beyond to the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meetings in Davos, Switzerland and Dalian, China. Giovanna is an avid contributor and speaker at events and conferences relating to crowdsourcing, digital democracy, Millennial leadership, open innovation, Big Data and the gamification of politics and business. In 2019 she received on Honorable Mention by Startup Canada as Woman Entrepreneur of the Year. In 2015 she was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women by the WXN. She is the Canadian Chair and on the Board of Directors of the youth empowerment organization, Global Dignity. She lives in between Seattle, Washington and Ottawa, Ontario.
